Cheddar cheese curds are taken “very seriously” at Redhead Creamery.
Fresh milk from Jer-Lindy Farms flows directly from the milking parlor to the
cheese room where cheesemaker, Alise, slowly and carefully pasteurizes the milk
before using a gentle-make process to ensure high-quality, full-flavor cheese
curds. Each curd is hand-milled and hand-salted, giving their curds their
signature shape, size, and flavor.
