REDHEAD CREAMERY
Redhead Creamery has been making ridiculously good, artisan cheese on our family dairy farm since 2014. But the dream for this sustainable and eco-friendly creamery has been a dream of founder (and natural redhead) Alise Sjostrom’s since she was 16.
AUSTIN'S ACRES COFFEE
When Austin Maile was 11, Austin’s Acres started as a idea to sell herb jellies at a farmers market. Each year we grew our range of products and we decided to start roasting coffee 3 years ago. We wanted our coffee to be different than the coffee you could buy in the store, and that’s when we discovered wood-fire roasted coffee. A more flavorful coffee that goes back to how coffee was originally roasted. Not only is the coffees flavor better pronounced, but the wood embarks a flavor on the coffee you can’t get from modern day coffee. I have now been roasting for 3 years and have been making our other products for over 7 years now.
